Conducted at the College Hire Sales Center in Atlanta, the Mobility Sales Professional Training Program is designed to give you the breadth and depth of business experience that takes others an entire career to achieve. As a College Hire Account Executive, you will complete a 6 month paid program within the AT&T Mobility College Hire Sales Center supporting business customers. As part of the program, you will receive corporate paid housing located within close proximity of the office. Participants will be expected to perform at a very high level. Successful graduation from the Mobility Sales Professional Training Program leads to a promotional opportunity into a challenging and rewarding business to business field sales position. During the program, participants will develop skills through instructor-led and Web-based training on solution selling, products and services. Participants are eligible for additional compensation based on sales quota attainment. Participants will learn about the communications industry from the inside, while discovering the value of teamwork, initiative and entrepreneurial thinking. Participants must be prepared for relocation to another US market after successful completion of the program. In market, you will be securing new business and managing existing business accounts.

Who Makes A Great Mentor?
 Choose your mentors wisely. Mentoring is not counseling. It is guidance in the form of teaching and support provided by someone you trust, usually a teacher, a parent or relative, a supervisor, coach or a counselor.
We've been fortunate to have a number of valuable mentors in our life of sports and business, people who have helped us professionally and personally in important ways. Each of our mentors were unique, but all possessed traits we believe common among effective mentors. Based on our history, discussions with other athletes about their expereriences with mentors and extensive reading about the subject, we've drawn up a list of characteristics we believe the best mentors possess:
Fair- Make sure your chosen mentor is fair in their judgements with others and they will be with you. You want a mentor that will challenge you daily, but also be fair in their assessments and expectations of you.
Enthusiastic- You want a mentor that is excited about helping you pursue your goals. Look for a mentor that is willing to share that excitement with you and help you stay on path...continued here |
