This position requires a STRONGER than average WORK ETHIC and has a strong sales and recruitment focus. You will be completely responsible for managing your own desk all within the support of a team environment. Job Requirements
Requirements: For this fast-paced Inside Sales role, you must possess a team player mentality and the ability to consult with potential customers to identify specific needs, present complex information in an easy- to-understand manner and assist in making recommendations. Other requirements include:

• Consultative and active listening skills
• Strong computer proficiency
• Ability to develop and conduct effective client presentations via the telephone
