To represent ZIPlocal in a professional manner and growing revenue from previous year.
Job duties may include, but are not limited to:
Initiating contacts to designated businesses for selling and servicing of directory advertising. Explaining the value of directory advertising to new/existing customers in order to sell new advertising programs, protecting and increasing existing advertising and minimizing decreases and cancellations.
Making premise calls to designated business accounts to obtain pertinent information about the customer's business, potential markets, problems faced in doing business and present advertising objectives and results.
Able to work on multiple canvasses simultaneously when requested, due to business needs-must be willing to travel
Communicating with displeased customers and initiating problem resolution.
Preparing sample layouts and other supporting information as basis for recommending advertising that is specifically designed to meet the customers needs and objectives.
Able to handle a high volume of detailed paper work i.e. advertising contracts, credit applications, advertising copy sheets and customer letters.
Handling a heavy schedule of sales contacts and perform work to meet workflow deadlines and company goals/quotas.
Applying training as instructed, following the company functional selling plan, and following standard practices in the performance of the job.
Job Requirements
Qualifications
1 year successful sales experience within the last 5 years
Must have flexibility to meet with customers at various locations, at the customer's request

Requirements
Excellent interpersonal skills exuding professional behavior at all times
Must be able to work well under pressure
Must have a valid state driver license and have a clean driving record from the Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)
Must have liability car insurance of $100,000 person, $300,000 liability per occurrence and $50,000 property damage.
Ability to lift and carry up to 20lbs
Must be able to travel
Must be able to speak verbally with internally and externally customers
Working Conditions
Able to work in all weather conditions i.e. walking and driving; able to communicate with internal and external clients/co-workers
