If you are a high energy individual with aggressive hunting skills in a quota driven environment, this is the place to excel as a District Manager (Outside Sales Representative).  Our Major Accounts sales division targets companies comprised of 50-999 employees and are in search of Sales Associates with the strongest infrastructure in the business.

 

Responsibilities of a District Manager Representative:

  • Sell ADP payroll services and HR solutions within a protected geographic territory
  • Develop relationships with C Level Executives
  • Prospect for new business
  • Cross-selling to an existing base of clients
  • Implement a top-down sales approach targeting Presidents, CFOs, and HR Directors to convert prospects into clients.



Job Requirements

3-15 years B2B outside sales experience - consultative sale
