Job Requirements
Core responsibilities of our representatives include the following: - Consult individually with individuals, families, and business entities to determine consumer needs and provide financial solutions - Provide prompt and accurate policyholder service - Maintain continuing education and remain current with industry and clients' ever changing needs - Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing with actual and prospective policyholders - Utilize a multiple-source prospecting system to obtain new customers - Effectively and consistently practice our revolutionary Client Building Process to ensure we are meeting our clients' needs as well as maintaining and developing a professional clientele
